Asbury joins us as the General Manager bringing over seventeen years of hospitality experience, and an ever growing passion to provide an amazing guest experience. 

Having worked with successful restaurants such as Keith Mcnallys’s “Balthazar,” Stephen Starr Groups “La Mercerie,” and Jean George’s “The Fulton,” just to name a few.

Asbury has constantly found an interest in culinary quality, the culture they bring, and the impact great food, and a smile can have on daily lives.

He hopes to bring his experience to the forefront of Kinjo and together with Chef Bill, bring a culinary experience that Newark has never seen.
